Customer service is great though.

They have the TFV 16 smok glass which is for that tank and it won’t fit on the lite tank Anyway, i called customer service the next day when I realized it’s the wrong glass and i spoke to a woman Gayle or Gail and she was so helpful and kind.

Upon delivery, I was nervous to open my package given the possibility that something would be missing from my order, but luckily, everything was there! Not too sure what all the bad reviews are about because this service was on par with amazon in my opinion.
