“Amazing range of Monin syrups at great prices, way less expensive than supermarket prices. I only buy the glass bottles, five or six at a time and they’re always packaged really well for delivery, never had a breakage. Easy to order and change basket contacts if needed. Quick delivery, I’ve used Discount Cream for a few years now and never had a problem. Brilliant!”

“The product advertised was not the product received. A lower-value item was delivered. When this was questioned on a very laborious webchat, I was told that it was a mistake, but nothing was done to make up the shortfall. The only options were to accept the lower-valued items or return them. This is very inconvenient and just easier to accept overpriced goods.”
