“Whilst I received an incorrect item in my delivery, once contacted the correct item was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day. So mistakes do happen but are easy to correct.”

“I paid for next day delivery and it came 5 days later. I emailed to ask if I could cancel as soon as I saw the expected delivery date and didn’t get a response. Don’t rely on next day delivery or customer service from this company. Will not be using again. :(”
