Contacted support who arranged a second delivery, so I now have the item, missed my husbands birthday but at least I can give it for Xmas

I have purchased two Displate metal posters. The first was perfect, and the second had shipping and QC flaws. When I sent the second delivery photos (the shipping had damaged it), and the finish was not as good as the first...the customer service team jumped right on it and issued me a replacement! No hassle. Just had to send some photos. I really love their magnetic metal posters, and plan to get more!
