“Easy to order and very prompt delivery. Will be using them again. The only slight hiccup, which wasn't really their fault, was with the carrier who claimed that no one was at home when they delivered (Which there was) and it was taken to a local pick up centre. However it all ended ok in the end.”

I bought a gift set which was delivered in plenty of time and was packaged impeccably. The website is so easy to navigate and makes buying headache free. The choice of spirits is beyond good. “I ordered 4 bottles of ODK lime juice for cocktails for my party and they arrived packaged up really really well and with a lovely little thank you note with chocolates. It’s little touches like that, that make people return and i will always think of and recommend Distillers Direct first when I’m shopping for alcohol etc :)”

“Item never arrived. No email advising of issues. Just this survey. Will need to chase distillers direct to find out where my order is. Poor service and experience ****UPDATE**** DPD smashed the bottle in transit. Company we're actually really good in resolving and made sure I had my order on time. Sent me a personal message which was a nice touch. I may have jumped the gun on my original review. Good small business, would recommend.”
