“Good customer service but the 2 packs of whiteboard markers were already broken on arrival. Also, it would be nice to see slide shows of lined A4 exercise books or a specific description such as 'narrow lined' or 'wide lined' exercise books as the ones I got were narrow lined as against the standard lined exercise books used in schools.”

“I ordered the disposable champagne glasses and they arrived damaged. I made contact with the team to discuss and provided pictures. They advised they would either send a replacement or provide a full refund and I opted for the refund. They further advised I would need to send the items back which is no issue, however I requested they provide a stamp so I can return the item as per their request. I have not heard back from the team and I am extremely disappointed.”
