“I would have given a higher mark had the courier (Yodel from memory) delivered my purchase to the address on the packet. It was instead dropped at an unoccupied 'Coach House' 2 miles away in a different postcode area. My home is also called 'The Coach House' but the error is inexcusable since our postcode covers a very tight group of only a dozen houses.”
