“Well made only one flaw The front door space is very low and much lower than the side door. As I use the cage in the car my dog has to get in and our through the front door and catches his back because of the low height A real pity in an otherwise excellent product!”

“Good design of head collar with the side D-ring but lead could be a wee bit longer and in a more 'sympathetic' material like the Halti training lead. I find it narrow and difficult to grasp when puppy's pulling, as she does. Usual problem in that puppy will try to get it off by running her muzzle along the grass. No doubt she'll get used to it eventually and we'll manage a walk without this particular habit!”

“Nice sturdy crate, lovely pink colour, one corner was damaged in transit but after one phone call it was all sorted! Two doors ,one on the side and one on the end, purchased 2 bowls to hook on the inside so Tilly doesn’t drag her bed etc through her water! Haha! Just getting our puppy used to it now! Great customer service, quick delivery and email updates! Very happy!”

“As an active young springer I am concerned to keep my joints healthy and flexible. My Dad said this would help me so I have half a scoop everyday with my tea. It has made my breath a bit smelly, but I can put up with that, and my humans will just have to get used to it.”

“this product is fantastic when it works but waterproof is in doubt. Customer service is very patchy, reluctant to honour the guarantee. When something goes wrong it's up to the customer to pay the cost of returning, £7 on average. still waiting for a replacement after nearly 5 weeks. We were told that it's out of stock yet they say if you buy one you can have next day delivery. NOT HAPPY”
