“I’ve purchased dog crates for 5 years now, this one was not good. Dog bent the bars and escaped out of the crate. I keep looking for the heavy duty ones 5 in the catalog but not available. These are for cocker spaniel bread.”

“Absolutely awful company placed two orders and neither was dispatched which I wasn't informed of so have to chase them to ask where my item is to which they say must have been lost in the post (but got no notification to say its been dispatched ) but can't replace as out of stock. Shop elsewhere!”

“Dreadful service from this company placed an order which we were notified was ready for dispatch over 10 days ago and still haven’t received when you try to call them you get a recorded message saying that due to covid they can’t get to the phones,come on just an excuse for poor service I emailed my query as requested 4 days ago and no response will never use them again”

“I ordered a muzzle and received nothing. Have to wait 15 working days before you can get a refund. They refund your cost for the item but keep your postage payment. Very nice earner. I would advise you look elsewhere.”

“Seems to be a common theme here. Take your money, tell you the order is complete. Nothing, Unable to talk to anyone. E-mail not responded to . Finally, after involving trading standards the same old story..... lost in transit somewhere. Why would you continue to use the same useless courier? Doesn't add up. Stay well clear is our advice. Something is wrong here and needs sorting out.”

“Customer support is next to non-existent. It took 8 days for a reply to my query about a missing dog tag. You can only email them. I'd avoid until they can sort themselves out.”
