“Ordered two tags. Only one received. They are not accepting calls and I have emailed twice with no response for over a week. Very poor service.”

“Like the others, not received my order after 4 weeks. After emailing them, they asked if my address was correct. I replied to say it was, and it took them 5 days to reply saying a new item had been sent out. That was a week ago! Do not buy from this company. Report to trading standards online to try to get them shut down.”

“Never received my order. Contacted about missing order and got told to get back in touch 10 days after apparent dispatch (this was the following day) no further response and still without dog tag. Not very impressed.”

“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a crate and other items over a week ago. Received email following morning to say ready for despatch. Order should have arrived following day but one week later nothing has arrived. No one is answering the phone or replying to emails. Clearly there is a problem behind the scenes but they have not advised customers and they are still receiving orders which they clearly cannot fulfill at this time.”

“I ordered and paid for a dog tag on 5th September. I received an email later that day to say the it was being despatched. By 13th September I had not received it, so when I emailed I received a reply saying that it must have been lost in the post and that they would send another immediately. By 29th September, still nothing had arrived, so I emailed again to be told that it would be sent that day. It is now 10th October and I still have received nothing. It is disgraceful that a business can take payment and not fulfil an order. I wish I had seen other bad reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order.”

“Ordered the dog bed and received a confirmation email to confirm order and to say that it was ready for dispatch and the money was taken from my account. After no further contact I sent an email asking if there was a delivery date. Reply saying that they were busy and not to contact them again until we heard from them. After still not hearing anything and my dog needing the bed I sent another message. Some days later I received a message saying that the money was being refunded to my account with no explanation why. Terrible customer service. PS. Sourced the same bed elsewhere with free next day delivery.”
