“I have now been waiting over two weeks for dog tags which were supposed to have been dispatched 15 days ago. There has been no explanation from this company.”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. The parcel was damaged on delivery and I didn’t open the parcel straight away but one can was damaged and empty. I didn’t contact the company as I put the parcel aside so wasn’t fair two weeks later to complain. I would use them again (my own fault I didn’t check the parcel) Thank you very much.”

“I ordered a dog identification disc on the 19.9.21 and have still not recieved it. I sent an email asking for an expected delivery date and was told it was depatched on the 20.9.21 to wait 10 days before contacting again. It was already 10 days since alleged despatch date. Poor customer service..”

“I ordered 2 engraved dog tags. I received an email confirming the order, but never received any information about dispatch. After 14 days I emailed asking for information about my order. No response. So I contacted PayPal sending them all the information and requesting a refund. Within hours they notified me I would get a refund. Several days later I get an email from Doggie Solutions saying the tags must have been lost in the post and they would send me a refund. So, no product, no response to emails, phone number impossible to access and apparently things lost in the mail! Reach your own conclusions. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal.”

“Product never arrived. When I contacted them I received an automated reply telling me not to message again as it holds up response time. Fortunately I paid by PayPal and it is in their hands now.”

“I ordered some dog ID tags after seeing lots of positive reviews by other buyers. However, my order was placed two full weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive my items. I tried to call customer services but there is just a recorded message telling you send an email. I sent an email 7 days ago and I am still waiting for a reply, even though they advise a response time of 24-48 hours. Really disappointed with the sheer lack of customer service.”

“Upon ordering there was no mention of this being a left handed collar and you only stocking left handed ones. I would think the majority of people would be right handed. My husband and I are both right handed and so it is no good for us. It should be mentioned in the description to save people from buying if they are right handed. We were recommended buying one and know they are very good but will have to buy elsewhere. Still awaiting a refund, it was returned a week ago now.”
