“I will never order from Doggie Solutions again. Appalling customer service. The item never arrived and when I inquired about it they did not answer my questions. Their only answer to a problem seems to be to give a refund without explanation of why they led you to believe in the first place that they would be able to supply the item you ordered. A total waste of time!”

“Wrong tag sent to me. Phoned company could only leave message no one has ever called back. Contacted no on tag who had been sent mine so had to sort between ourselves.”

“The engraving is really good and the tag is extremely firm. The downsides are that it makes a very stiff flat piece on the collar, the sizes are a bit difficult to fit any of the collars we own, a little too wide for our widest and rather slightly too narrow for our smaller collars but the most disappointing element is the sheer roughness of the reverse where it has been cut from the metal plate. I won't order any more unless the backs are more smooth. The one I saw before purchase and on which I based my orders was smooth on the reverse next the the dogs neck. Maybe as a company you ought to review your collar sizes on standard collars available from most pet suppliers.”

“The medium brass dog tag I ordered took several weeks to arrive. Allowing for inscription the time seemed excessive. However I am really pleased with the quality of the tag. It is thicker and more heavy duty (without being heavy) than previous tags I have had for my dogs, so will be more durable. The lettering and phone number are well inscribed. I would definitely purchase name tags in the future from Doggie Solutions.”
