“The tags are a bit lightweight, so not sure how long they will last. However they were bought to go with the Hounds Sunday best collars, so won't be used that often”

“I was upgrading my puppy bowl to a bigger bowl and was delighted to find rogz 2in1 bowls on doggiesolutions. I got one 4 years ago for my other dog and it's a great bowl, they sit together so that the stainless steel can be easily removed for washing after use or can be used as 2 bowls for food and water. Great service and very quick postage. Thanks”

“Tag is fine but the ring is very flimsy and had to be replaced after 2 days to stop the tag getting lost .”

“Damaged in transit, doors and catches bent up and out of shape. I contacted immediately and asked for support, was asked for pictorial evidence which has been sent, no response.... avoid! Seemed like a good price but you get what you pay for right?!”

Hi Lauren, I did reply to your email yesterday and explained that I would be sending out a replacement crate today, which is now on its way to you. The email may have gone to your spam folder so please check for full details of the message sent. “I have had aMaster Procollar for nearly 8 yrs now and I've sent it back for servicing twice now. Very efficient and reliable. They always give it a new lease of life, phone me with any queries and send it back working. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service!”

“After looking for a decent dog crate for a few weeks this one was recommended by a friend. It arrived super quickly and upon opening I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was for the price. No sharp bits to worry about and a good, sturdy crate. The best value I've been able to find.”
