“Ordered a bed for my dog, when it arrived I realised it was not big enough, rang your customer services and explained that I would like to exchange for a larger one, to be told I would have to buy an other one and I would have to get my own courier to pick the small one up and when they receive it they would refund the money. I was not impressed.”

“At least one third of the twists were so thin. That's not what I paid for. This has been happening for the last two years. If you're charging for 9mm twists then make sure that's what you're supplying.”
