“Was able to add an item to the cart, checkout and pay. It took 5 days before I got an email saying the item could not be shipped to Australia. Why is Australia an option in the country drop down box? I have just checked the website and I can still purchase the same item to be sent to Australia. I did however receive a full refund promptly. I just don't understand why shipping to Australia is not an option in 2017.”

“Ordered 2 Skinneeez Plus Hedgehogs because they have 2 squeaky parts. Arrived today and both have failed to squeak in the body. They rattle as if they have fallen apart. It says on the packaging will still squeak if punctured !!!! Total waste of money.”
