There’s no option for a zero rating as that is what it would be for this company. I’ve never received this item. It was ordered & paid for & days later after I contacted them after having no updates re dispatch of the item they advised it was out of stock & would be dispatched as soon as they received it into the warehouse. I’m yet to receive this item. The customer service is not very good at all. No updates whatsoever unless you contact them. Very poor.

Set up the collar as per instructions couldn't get it to work. Changed the battery still nothing. Rang company (on a premium line number!) 6 days ago and still no reply. When the request for a review came up I thought I'd better say I'm not impressed.

Ordered item to be delivered next day, received it 3 days later. Wouldn't use this company again as items are delivered by Parcelforce, worst delivery company around

I ordered a quantity of the Luxury Paw Print Dog Tags, presuming mistakenly that these would be high quality. Sadly after a mere few months intermittent use, the engraving is scarcely legible. I contacted Doggie Solutions to discuss this, sending a photo of one of my tags, but there only answer was that I should have ordered a stainless steel tag instead of this one. Very unimpressed. There should be a note on this product that it is not fit for the purpose. I will not be buying from this company again.

Sadly I’m not happy at present as despite having complained and provided a copy of my order the tags have arrived with the last digit missing from my mobile number so are useless and they refuse to accept responsibility for what is clearly their error and put it right

I have given it 1 star because when I received the bubble dog mega bubble blaster broken beyond repair,I e.mailed the company and have not had a reply,that was over a week ago,which I think is very poor.

I bought the large brush at nearly £10 and dog moulting comb at £5.45 as their description of the product sounded perfect for my GS X and a number of other items, in my opinion, the description of the products did not match the ability of the actual products which I felt were of poor quality, so I immediately requested a refund but because I had actually tried the products I could not return them!! I asked them how could I know it wasn't any good if I didn't try it to see! In my opinion, this product is worth a couple of pounds not £10 and their customer services is awful

Sadly I found this company to be very unhelpful when I ordered a bed that didn’t match the description. I wanted to return the beds and they would not arrange collection or pay for the return despite the product being listed as the wrong colour. The beds were nice, albeit the wrong colour.

Doggie Solutions offer an option of international deliveries and I purchased a product for delivery to Sweden, only to receive a message that they can't deliver to Sweden.
