After placing the order , making full payment, received email that the order is ready to be dispatched... then the waiting starts if the order got dispatched...no email if the order is finally dispatched. I wrote an email asking about the order and got a reply the products cannot be shipped due to large in size. I got larger order received from other companies from different countries. Very bad experience.

Unfortunately this muzzle was not suitable for my dog as she removed it quite easily. However the service from Lili was exceptional.

Referred via Kennel Club. Ridiculously large typeface used, resulting in the ugliest dog-tag I've had the misfortune to purchase in 50 years. And I bought two of them! Customer Service say that the large typeface is used in order to re-unite the pet with the owner more quickly.

Description said suitable for German Shepherds. But my wife and I were removed from our flight after Port Health & Public Protection deemed the crate too small. We were left stranded at Heathrow.

Ordered the same dog harness twice with several months apart and on both occasions your website allowed me to order it, pay for it only to be told a week later it’s out of stock and you’ll be refunding my money! Why don’t you put out of stock on your website if you don’t have any?? Frustrated customer.

Appalling customer service: We purchased an item for which the photograph was a completely different colour to the one delivered. The webpage did not state that the colour may vary. Doggie Solutions refused to collect the item, told us to call Trading Standards and out the phone down on us.

Really tough to chew caused my Labrador considerable distress and he likes chews. Threw the majority away after reading worrying articles about choking etc won't be buying again

I purchased one small insert which was fine, and two larger inserts. Both of the larger inserts were for the same size bed. One was already split on the seam and the second didn't even fit the bed! Poor quality I'm afraid, the dogs however loved them!

I got a MasterPlus training collar that stopped working after a few weeks and they were so unhelpful, even though it was under guarantee for 3 years.

I was phoned a few days after I placed my order to be told that they only had a pink Wubba in stock (blue had been available when I ordered). I agreed to accept the pink if they weren’t receiving an order of blue or purple in the next few weeks. Male pup not ready until June so no rush. About a week later I receivd a refund for the Wubba as pink also out of stock and receiving remaining order on 12/5 having ordered on 1/5 and had confirmation of completed order on 2/5. What happened to the blue Wubba which you confirmed??

Wish I had read the review dated 28/10/16 before I ordered from this company! I spent £82 on anti bark collar. Used for the first time indoors and in our paddock it was very successful...secure etc. On the second day I went for a walk and after 10 - 15 mins noticed it was missing. THIS WAS FASTENED IN SAME WAY AS THE DAY BEFORE so I can only assume that the catch was faulty...I retraced my steps but was unable to find the collar. I telephoned the company to query if this was suitable for outside use....it was they said. I explained what had happened and they said that they had never had this problem before (REVIEWER 28/10/16 would disagree!) Somewhat condescendingly they said that if I returned it they would examine if it was faulty and if I reordered they would fit strap on securely .....it was fine the day before in our paddock! Again explained I could not find it and in fairness to dog needed to replace, asked them for a discount given the circumstances.....VERY reluctantly offered 10 % off......somewhat desultory and insulting. clearly there is a problem with these collars and like reviewer of 28/10/16 felt insulted by Doggie solutions customer services. Have now reordered elsewhere.

Hello, I am sorry you are unhappy with the product and service you received. I am sure it is very frustrating to lose a collar that was so new and costly. We have never had this problem before and unfortunately the review you quote on 28/10/16 is actually from a different product and collar altogether.
