“Purchased the stainless steel star design tag. Excellent quality, clearly engraved. Very quick delivery. Would highly recommend this company. Well done.”

“Product delivered quickly, however bent out of shape (there's no protection in the packaging). Emails querying how to return the damaged product have gone unresponded to for several weeks. To make matters worse, the company have opted my email address into a mailing list (there was no positive opt in when checking out on their website, in breach of GDPR) and are now spamming me virtually daily to buy more products. My recommendation would be to avoid.”

“Good quality and a lot bigger than expected. Stamping of information is good. Slightly rougher than envisaged but I am sure that this will smooth out over time and with use and obtain a great patina. Will certainly use again but will double check in sizes.”

“I ordered a red id disc but was disappointed as it's more of a pinky red. Otherwise pleased although as only name on one side came out rather large. Would have liked to have seen a pre-shot of the printing format.”

“Doggie Solutions are good, delivery was on time and goods were delivered in great condition. The only downside was that these dog beds are noisy when my dogs went onto them, and they are of poor constitution, not worth even the 50% price reduction, so not worth the bother!”

“Know that the product is excellent. Delivery lets the seller down. Ordered on a Sunday, Despatch on Mon passed over. Despatched Tue on a 48hr Parcel Force - that meant Thu. Notified by PF delivery would be 3.30 to 4.30pm Thu - then, nothing. Actually delivered Fri, no apologies, no excuses. Seller should have despatched Mon, delivery should have been Wed. Recommended different courier to seller.”
