“Most definitely recommend Doggie Solutions for dog tags. I was informed when the tags had been engraved and again when they had been despatched. Quality of engraving very good. Packaging was what you would expect for 2 tags rather than over the top and wont fit through letter box. Would you again.”

“We bought this crate in a bit of a panic exactly one week before we flew out dog from the UK to Canada because our old one got a crack in it. I phoned up to check if there were extra postage costs because it was an XL size and how quickly it would arrive. A very friendly staff member told me there were no additional costs which was great and it would be shipped by parcel force 48hr although I decided to spend an extra £4.99 postage to get it next day as it was a Friday and I wanted to make sure it came in time and I had time if there were any problems. Arrived first thing Monday morning. Very pleased with the service and the crate is great, exactly as described, although all grey in colour which I much prefer to cream. Thanks Doggie Solutions we will use you again!”

“The crate did its job perfectly well. Carried a 30kg golden retriever from UK to Canada. The metal screw and plastic caps worked great and was really easy to assemble, no tools needed. We did it on the floor of the checkin counter in under 3 minutes. Only comment is that a water dish that can be secured to the crate with zap straps or cable ties would be much better. A couple of drill holes would have worked to but the airport was a little late for that idea! Overall good crate - study enough for the job and the price.”

“I placed the order 22nd July for delivery in 3/5 days.Mid day 2nd August, still not delivered. Never reply to emails, and after repeated phone calls, finally given a tracking number, which simply gives a delivery date, and then does not adhere to those details A completely unsatisfactory service”
