“Excellent product. Little disappointed with delivery. Paid extra for faster delivery but on due arrival date received message from parcel force stating couldn't deliver until following day!!![ So that was a waste of money.] However as stated the item is faultless.”

“The product was of very good quality however the delivery from Parcel force was appalling They need to use better couriers I ordered my 1 st one and driver delivered without a signature, I left note in gate . Unfortunately I ordered a too small one . My puppy was arriving Thursday pm so I re ordered and left note on gate . P F did not deliver. Contact with them was very un productive . If a company I wanted to order from used P F I would not order from them”

“The 21" ventilation tailgate lock does exactly what it says on the tin! It is wonderfully simple to install, works extremely well and very easy to carry around in the car. It has made our trips out with the doggie much less stressful knowing we don't have to hunt around for shady areas quite so much!”
