“Received goods without any problems but had to return the dog bed liner as the size was too small even though I had given the dog bed measurements to the person who took my order. There are no return policy information provided with the paperwork. I paid £8.98 for my order and £6.10 to return it so £15.08 in total. I did express the order but didn't realise the extra £4.98 was on top of the standard delivery charge.”

“not very good I'm afraid, told me on Tuesday 20th is was ready for delivery by courier. 8 days later not arrived, courier usually 3-5 days. thanks to Clare for her help.”

Dear Antony Sorry no we don't appear to have received your email. To request an exchange simply return your unused bed with a note requesting an exchange to the size bed you require, once received we will arrange this for you and contact you for payment if there is a price difference.
