“Our 10 month old Jack Russell would eat fox poo, and other nasties whilst on walks so a muzzle was the answer. He doesn't mind wearing it, and now he's safe. It came in a few days , and of good quality. Thank you.”

“My buster dog coat was a good purchase. However, I ordered it at 10am on a Thursday express delivery paying £8.98 postage. It arrived on the next Monday after I needed it to go on holiday. Customer service would not refund my express postage and informed me that their delivery time frame is Monday to Friday which suprised me because parcelface who delivered this small package deilver on a Saturday. As the package would have easily fitted through my letter box I feel I would have received it quicker by 1st class mail?”

“Very disappointed not to receive this more promptly as it was ordered in time for a long trip with the dog. It took 5 days to arrive so missed our departure and we ended up having to buy another dog bed. However happy with the quality - this would have been our 3rd of the same make.”
