“I've not seen the items as they were a present for my daughter but due to a postcode typo by me on the address, Doggie Solutions had to pay the postage for these items twice. My daughter, the recipient, says they are very good quality so I have to say a big thank you to Doggie Solutions for going the extra mile. They put the right postcode on the dog tags too - by the way!”

“I don't have complaints about the product which was easy to put together, and is doing the job well. My complaint is to do with the delivery. At the order process you are asked to supply delivery instructions in case you are out which I duly did. The courier ignored the instructions and took it to a nearby post office. So I had to go out of my way (a 7 mile return trip) to fetch the item. Not acceptable, and very annoying.”

Dear Maria, My apologies that you had to collect your order from a Post Office. Our heavy goods courier Parcel Force requires a signature upon delivery, if you are out they will always try and deliver to a neighbour but will take it to a post office for collection if no one is available to sign for the parcel. We provide the option for delivery instructions to all customers in case they have a preferred neighbour or live in a remote location that may require additional instruction. “Quality product - very well pleased with it. I was left slightly confused over delivery; on the day I ordered I received 2 emails, one saying order had been processed, the other saying order completed. I had not received the items a week later so queried this only to be told the order had been completed, not the manufacture or despatch. Item arrived next day!”

“i sent an item to be refurbished, for which you have already taken the payment, i have had no acknowledgement that you have received it or done the work or sent it back. all i get is auto generated emails like this one.”
