“I ordered a waterproof crate cover with one opening not realising The opening was on the shortest side of the crate,i needed one with the opening on the longest part of the crate I phone and explained, and the correct one was sent out and I returned the the first one and have been credited for the first one,at doggie solution they were helpful and advised me about the return and re.order.”
