“I needed 6 spray collars with different spray settings from each other. The ordering process was simple and after a quick call to explain what I required, the collars were delivered in just a few days. Excellent communications.”

“I’ve bought and returned I really don’t know how many harnesses because they haven’t fitted. I wanted the real Rogz so decided to look at Doggie Solutions. I could have saved myself a lot of time had I come here first. Got the harness and lead to match, good valiue and not too long to wait for delivery. I’m delighted, thank you Doggie Solutions!!!! You just can’t beat Rogz either”

“I paid extra for next day delivery as urgently required for post operation cockapoo who was unhappy with stock plastic buster collar. Item was supposed to be next day but courier issue at their end made it a day late but when confronted with this they conveniently referred to “the website says xxx” falling back on smallprint TnC’s which gives a get out clause allowing 2days and thus refused to refund the additional postage. Most irritating and that attitude has resulted in no future orders from me and a bad review. This is the sort of behaviour that was typical a few years ago online but is now unacceptable in a fiercely competitive market of online shopping and trying to differentiate on customer service, where prices alone cannot compete. Short sighted, disappointing and inflexible.”
