“I ordered these out of sheer desparation and as a last resort to keep dogs amuzed and happy...they are very bad for them; dye; glue and all manner of unpleasant chemicals in them. IT IS TIME THE PET INDUSTRY WOKE UP AND STARTING SELLING CHEWS WITHOUT ALL THE HARMFUL INGREDIENTS!!! They will only have one now and then; until I can find a healthier alternative; long lasting chew NOT FULLL OF CHEMICALS AND GLUE AND DYE ETC”

I have contacted the manufacturer and distributor about the rawhide chews. They have both confirmed that these are natural chews made from virgin rawhide and are free of glue and dyes. They are 99.9% rawhide and 0.1% beef flavour. I hope you find this helpful.

“I had ordered the wrong size and contacted the company who said if I returned it I would receive a refund and then I could order the right size. However, the packaging was poor on this first order. The bed was in a box that was too small and it had split apart in some places. The bed looked first class, strong and hopefully unchewable.”

“Arrived quickly but the nozzle on the Salmon oil was broken off, so the pump will not work, I will have to work out how much oil to give my dogs. I did email about this and sent a photo but No reply. Normally the service is very good but not this time.”

“I paid extra for next day delivery as urgently required for post operation cockapoo who was unhappy with stock plastic buster collar. Item was supposed to be next day but courier issue at their end made it a day late but when confronted with this they conveniently referred to “the website says xxx” falling back on smallprint TnC’s which gives a get out clause allowing 2days and thus refused to refund the additional postage. Most irritating and that attitude has resulted in no future orders from me and a bad review. This is the sort of behaviour that was typical a few years ago online but is now unacceptable in a fiercely competitive market of online shopping and trying to differentiate on customer service, where prices alone cannot compete. Short sighted, disappointing and inflexible.”

“Well the refills are good value for money for 3 but don't fit my anti barking collars so I paid for something that don't work unless I can get something to fit over the nossles which is slightly smaller to use”

Hi Christine We have not found a collar that these refills do not work with, I would imagine there may be a problem with your filler valve on your collar.
