"We bought a new headcollar after using them for several years. Whilst on a walk the headcollar snapped which resulted in my dog fighting with another and me left with a \u00a3500.00 vet bill. The customer service from Dogmatic was absolutely appalling. They assured us that they had never had a case of the collar snapping and that our dog must have chewed it! Reading these reviews I can see thaey have had problems. Zoe doesn't speak to anyone it would seem and to top it all we returned the headcollar for testing but surprise surprise they say they have never received it! We still have photographic evidence thankfully. I would not use them again and would advise others not to use them either. Disgraceful service."

"I was told about this company when I got my puppies, when they was older I got them the headcollar and yes it works amazing. But they are very stiff and uncomfortable for the dog if they get slobber on them they get stiffer still. \r\nI have to wash them every couple of days with my girls in an attempt to keep them softer.\r\nI also brought the matching collar that they have been wearing just over a week and all the pattern has worn away already. The idea is head the quality for the price sadly isn't."

"The dogmatic has made my life a lot easier with my rottweiler Nancy, before having your dog collar it was getting to the point I couldn't walk her due to the pulling. \nthe dogmatic is the best you could buy. the staff are very helpful, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it was sent back to me return of post (brilliant!)"

"I can't fault the customer service of Dogmatic. We purchased one of their head collars for our German Shepherd Dog Rescue, but he managed to snap it. Dogmatic arranged for replacement through our local pet shop the next day! Brilliant service. And it does what it says for control of a dog."
