Contacting Dolphin a third time through their facebook page produced an email telling me the parcel was due that day, ignoring the fact the tracking hadn't changed for 6 days and the courier website always says delivery is due.

I have been a customer with DF for a few years and so long as nothing goes wrong you are fine, delivery takes forever which has been frustrating, but good prices etc,
However, my recent experience when FedEx lost part of my delivery has been hugely illuminating and not in a good way.
