The truck delivering my hob broke down, I was informed straight away. The delivery was scheduled for the following day but I was not going to be in. So rescheduled for the day after (it was great to have a choice). My emails were answered almost immediately and they even emailed me when they found out the delivery time. I would definitely buy from Donaghy Bros. again. It's nice to feel you are dealing with real people who are actually bothered about their customers. This happened no delays cooker ordered is the one that arrived. ROI companies take note this is how business should be run.
