“Really wish I'd checked here before ordering. Same story as everyone else - part ordered, money taken, no further emails or updates and tracking just shows the order as "unfulfilled". Really cross. Website needs to be shut down NOW.”

“Lee was very helpful in trying to find a particular length latch that I needed though the exact length was unavailable. I opted to buy a 6 mm spindle and 7 mm sleeves, but they took a long time to come as the sleeves were not in stock. I was not informed of this until I made enquiries. So "Good" and "Poor" are both involved which gives a combined score of "Normal".”
