Support called me again, once again it was clearly outsourced to India and I didn't understand a damn thing, and asked how I would like my refund.

I ordered tacos. I received a sandwich which I could not eat. I paid 18.38 and was refunded only 12.40. So I paid $6 for nothing. I cannot contact Door Dash directly. I am frustrated and will never use Door Dash again.

I was missing items when it arrived, and when I went through the app to dispute it and have the item delivered, the app told me that I was being refunded the entire order.

And instead of receiving a refund in the customary 3 days for most merchants you do not refund money for 7 days.

Ordered through DoorDash and 15 minutes AFTER the app said the food would be delivered I received a message saying my order had been cancelled. No explanation, and was told that it would take 5-7 business days for the money to be refunded to my card. No phone number to call for an explanation or anything.

I use DD 1-4 times daily. When my order is wrong I call and more often then not they don’t compensate enough Like ordering bacon cheddar wedges from Jack in the box but not getting the sour cream They adjust $2 I can’t eat them without the sour cream refund the full amount Last week I ordered wedges and got jalapeño poppers That was not my order but I didn’t get full credit Now they deactivated my account but didn’t email me or advise me!? I called and the best they can do is escalate the request to find out why my Acct is deactivated?? How many days will that take? I like the ease of the ap, the options and the no delivery fee since I use and pay extra to have that waived But for now I’m using Uber eats since you closed my Acct didn’t tell me didn’t compensate all missing items or wrong items and just last week removed my number 1 store Wine Rack from the platform

I ordered food, drivers car broke down and I was informed that another driver would be delivering my food. After this they canceled my order and refused to issue me a refund, instead insisting on "credit" I ordered a product i did not receive, you give a refund not credit. This service can not be trusted do not use it.

I can’t believe I ordered food from here. Never again at DoorDash. I ordered my food and was delivered to my house but young teenager boy answered and said do I live at a park. And I said no and he said pick up my food by a tree. I hate DoorDash!!! I never got. A refund or any food for that matter. DoorDash stole $23.79 from me
