“I ordered doors from and a big home brand, I was advised that within 2 days I will receive a call with delivery date. no call no contact. I had to call after 30 mins wait. Delayed by 2 weeks. Still no call I had to follow up 1hr on hold only to be told 1 month delay. Really angry went in to store no help. Was advised once delivery is made refuse and we will refund. Went on line Found doors of Spoken to Patrick Amazing service from go kept me updated recommended what doors I need and handles due to mobility. Check stock delivery times. Patrick was going on holiday and I asked him to please update me with status. Placed order next day got call from both delivery companies with time and date 48 hrs turn over. I was so called what a service. Big thank you to Patrick a great asset to the team. will and have done promote doors of distinctions and will use again. once again thank Patrick .”

“Brilliant customer service. I bought the Vancouver Internal Doors and the Soho 8 Dividing Doors. The Vancouver doors have been installed and the quality is of a high standard and my builders kept complimenting them. I cannot comment on the Soho 8 dividing doors as yet due to the fact that they have not been installed or unwrapped. Very pleased with the high quality of customer service and prompt delivery and communication.”

“Lovely show room, with time to look at leisure. Service friendly and well informed. Communiction good with my follow-up questions being answered by phone and email. Price especially good - sale time Sept/Oct. Delivery on time and carefully stacked . Oak doors, some glass, all beautifully made. No returns or refunds needed.”

“This company have been amazing! I ordered a pair of double doors and have been a nightmare customer changing my mind twice. They have swopped the doors without any quibble and from the delivery man Ken to Martin in sales, have been helpful and charming throughout. Thank you Doors of Distinction!”

“Having taken a year to make up our minds to order 11 doors from Doors of Distinction, they were as friendly and polite as the first time we spoke to them (Alan). Extremely pleased with the service we received and even though one of the doors was a bit faulty (a manufacturing fault and not D of D Ltd), their after sales care and attention was fantastic. So often companies fall behind with their service once they have your money, but not so with Doors of Distinction! Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.”

“I have used doors of distinction several times, on this occasion I ordered 4 fire doors for a refurb in Southampton and needed them quickly, they didn't have one door in stock as it was a special order. They chased up the company for the 4th door and managed to get all doors to me within my time frame. I received a lot of assistance from Alan and the delivery driver arrived on time and was also very accommodating. The delivery charge was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
