“After several weeks I am still waiting for the replacement parts that were promised before Christmas. No replies to emails sent to try and get resolved !!! So far not the best experience of a supplier !!! Could do better.”

Good afternoon Mr Bushell, Please accept my sincerest apologies that this matter has not been resolved in a timely manner for you. Your email sent 22/1/15 is genuinely the first I can trace from yourself. I have requested replacement bolt through fixings from the manufacturer for you. As soon as these arrive I will send these straight out for you. Many thanks Cat
