“The slatted pine doors were excellent value for money and look great now they are hung. Unfortunately I discovered that the hinges that were ordered at the same time were not with the delivery and after checking I was told that they had been sent separately. After waiting a further 5 days I reported that they had still not arrived. I was then told that they must have been lost in the Post so they would send out replacements. After a further 5 days these were finally delivered - 10 days after the doors!”

“Happy as my wife liked this door and easy to order. Unfortunately folding door hardware was of poor quality! Had to buy replacement!! Not too happy about that!”

“Order arived in time The hinges with ok but some were branded others were not I emailed then no reply Later one of the chrome hinges the chrome plating as come off so not sure how long will last”

“Overall I am happy with their price and service, my only complaint is that one of the three doors purchased is not finished as well (all white painted louvres), there's a few scuffs, the surface isn't smooth to the touch and the paint looks slightly translucent. Otherwise would have awarded 4 stars. But as said, generally happy (since I don't spend much time running my hands over door fronts!). They arrived quickly and were well packaged (took some effort to unpack!). Installed with no problem and happy with teh finished look.”

“Good fast delivery and packaging and good price. Customer services very helpful, as wanted to check that doors were plain white plastic and not oak wood effect, which can be grey.... These doors look great and very neat when in place, but proved very difficult to cut to size as the plastic splinters and splits as it is incredibly thin and brittle, big chunks missing from bottom, but you don't notice once up. Tried everything to get good straight cut, but proved difficult.you have to be very careful as they are doors are fragile.”

“I ordered bird spikes, when I received my item the item it not the same as the Images on their website. Not happy about this as as customers we rely on images on websites before we place an order. I called customer services and they could not explain to me why I have been sent a different looking item from the one I ordered on their website. Not using them again as I need to spend more money to buy the item I originally needed.”

“Good price for the gate hinges and delivered within a couple of days, unfortunately the sliding bolt catches are very poor quality, metal used is paper thin and the galvanising isn't bonded on the bolt.”

“Eventually delivered what I wanted, but the first delivery didn't arrive, and rather than Doorweb just resending the same, you cancelled the order and I had to reorder.”

“The cup handles I bought arrived quickly and were just what I wanted. However, they didn't come with any screws, which I found a bit odd! I don't remember reading that they didn't come with screws and I kind of just presumed they would. Maybe that should be made clearer.”

“Nice doors, shame about delivery. Very happy with the doors- was pleased they were not damaged as carrier put them over our back gate and also chucked a neighbours box/parcel over too which split. No note to advise where delivery left. Could not contact carrier by phone to change delivery day as have to do this by 5 pm previous day. Would help if text delivery date and have chance to respond.”

“There were no fitting instructions with the product. I received them after emailing Customer Services and then realised that the nuts to fit to the 8mm bolts were missing. I reported this and was promised that they would be sent but they have not. I have now sourced some nuts elsewhere and will fit the letter catcher at the weekend.”
