“I ordered a Suffolk gate latch kit which arrived incomplete. Despite a phone call to your office and a subsequent email complaint requesting action on the missing part, I've been totally ignored - presumably because someone there couldn't be bothered. Needless to say, the money I paid for the item, while not a huge amount, is nevertheless now wasted. I won't be returning to Door Web because your company clearly has no concern for it's customers.”

“Doors said in stock online when purchased but they weren't and had to be ordered in. Delivery delayed and then no notification that no one was in to take delivery when the builders were. I had to chase them to find out where the doors were. Wanted to charge re delivery of nearly £90. Extremely rude and unhelpful Staff who seem to want a fight on the phone. MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE TO GO ELSEWHERE”

“Poor! . . . Because, in my absense, the flat panel door that I ordered was delivered to my neighbour. I'd have hoped I'd had a phone call or email from the courier to advise me of a delivery date. When I got the package from my neighbour, the outer packaging had two holes (one on either side) which had damaged the door inside on either side. Luckily, I had to take quite a bit off the door which meant I only had one hole to fill but not what I expected at all. Wouldn't buy again or recommend Doorweb.”

“Ordered a water bar. It never arrived. When I rang to enquire what had happened I was told that it had been posted but must have got lost somewhere. They said that they couldn't send me another one, but they would refund me and I would have to reorder. I bought one locally for half the price. After a fortnight the refund still hadn't been done so I rang again to be told that it wasn't on the list of refunds to be done. In fairness, it was then refunded the same day but I spent a lot of time and effort not getting what I had ordered.”

“Ordered some brass cup door handles. Decent product considering the cheap price although the screws were absolutely terrible and two snapped at the head when screwing in. Had to buy some better screws.”
