AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! PLEASE AVOID. LOTS OF HIDDEN DELIVERY PROTECTION CHARGES WHICH ARE INCLUDED WITHOUT ADVISING YOU (£18.49!). I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE FOR DAYS WITH NO LUCK. WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE CMA

Would give 0 stars if possible! This company is a disgrace! Next day delivery means 2 weeks delivery or no delivery at all! Customer service are rude and incompetent! Wrong items being sent out, not offering a replacement but being patronised by being told my local asda is 24 hours (which it isn’t !) and I can return anytime! Closing my account with this unprofessional company! Shame how these retailers don’t seem to understand that they are only in business due to customers, without us there would be no DP!

I returned 2 items in the same parcel 3 months ago, one was refunded and despite constant promises of the money being refunded on the second item, it has still not been 3 months later. It’s such a shame as I loved their clothes but will not be shopping with them again after this horrendous customer service.

Firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address because the address was cut off where the house number was. So had to chase this up with the post office. I sent for 4 items, returned 3 and only got a refund for 2. I have E mailed but have had no response. Very poor service, to say I’m disappointed is an under statement. No phone numbers for customer service which is very poor.
