“Love the tea! Love the lack of plastic wrap around the box. Please, please, please don’t let yourself down by loading the delivery box in plastic polystyrene. Surely the use of paper or a smaller cardboard box would be kinder to the environment...!? *constructive thoughts Rich”

“I love Dorset Tea and great that you do not have plastic in your Teabags anymore, but I have knocked one star off as the bag of 1,100 teabags was packed in a box for shipping which was full of Polystyrene Packing Peanuts.”

“I love the Dorset everyday tea and the Cooling Camomile. I was not so keen on the pyramid breakfast bags. They are far too weak for a mug of tea.”

“Love this tea company. First used them whilst holidaying in Dorset. Only use Dorset tea now, usually use their mail order service. I was however very disappointed they stopped doing the green tea as my mum loved it !!!”

“We love Dorset tea, unfortunately it’s not available to buy in any shops near where we live in the Dorset area. I did get emailed the offer of a discount code that wasn’t available when I tried to place an order , I also enquired on their website to find out if I could buy the tea direct from their Ferndown branch but never got a reply which was disappointing.”

“We normally by the boxed Dorset tea in Waitrose however a ordered the bulk bags of the website. The boxed tea is full of flavour and is lovely. The bulk bag is weak and lacks flavour. We were disappointed.”
