“Tea is great but the delivered box was badly packed (not taped properly, contents falling out)”

“I really like the product. The individually packaged tea bags are great for my holiday let. Sadly on this occasion the company has been let down by their couriers Evri. Evri have twice sent out a date and time for delivery but failed to deliver on both occasions. I have not been given an explanation. In future I will use another supplier that does not rely on Evri as its courier.”

“I love the Cool Camomile Tea by Dorset Teas and have been drinking it for quite a long time now. The reason I have only given a 3 star rating is because more often than not the tea bags are stuck to the envelope and rip open which is extremely infuriating. I really hope you get your production equipment sorted!”

“I was given a 80 pack of tea bags, and it was the best tea bags I have tasted, so I bought the 1100bags, thinking well worth the money for decent tea, until I got them taste nothing like the 80 pack tea bags,took me a little while to work out why, if you look on the box of the 80 packet it says premium tea, so I have tea bags I do not really like, would I buy dorset tea again. yes, but only the premium tea.”

“Nothing wrong with the Tea itself, but I bought 4 x Strawberry and Cream, and 4 x Cool camomile , and was given tea that’s best before date is like in just over 1 months time - I drink a lot of tea but I don’t think that’s enough to To properly enjoy it! We ordered the tea end of April but it expires in June :/”

“Wanted to order trade for my small cafe to launch a new afternoon Tea offering, was told delivery of £50 would be incurred due to a special van trip. Ordered retail online instead and got free, fast delivery. Very odd way to treat small businesses who want to buy local. Tea is very good.”

“I love the Dorset lemon tea. I don't rate the delivery time, or the extra expense, when other retailers delivered free, however, I know that you couldn't carry the delivery costs. Which is why I bought more than one box. I'm on the last box now, so will be shopping for more. I'm also slightly bewildered why you're asking now, 2 months (at least) after I ordered from you.”
