“I love the taste of Dorset tea ! I just dont like anything else now, its not the cheapest but worth it. However I do find that the bags perforation do not tear well and in a box of 80 I lose around 10 bags due to this - This was not just once it has been over the last few boxes. I have purchased the large bag of 1100 which will last me nearly a year to hope this may solve the problem. Only reason for not giving a five star review.”

“A friend of my husband gave us a packet of Dorset tea one year ago to try as we drink another brand. I was surprised how good Dorset tea is so I ordered some from the supplier. I did order some strawberry tea bags as well but haven’t tried them yet.”

“Excellent product at affordable price. Fast and easy to use Website. Only let down is using Royal Mail for delivery of goods. No tracking information given until informed they had attempted delivery and failed as no one in. Then had to actually go to a post office to collect the parcel myself. Package was badly dented, luckily the goods were ok. Not acceptable really, suggest using a more professional courier going forward.”

“The tea is very nice, I had been buying it from our local delicatessen for a couple of years but found it to be a lot cheaper to buy in bulk (boxes of 6) direct from the producer. I would have given them 5 stars but it took a week before it was dispatched!”
