“We always buy Dorset tea. Unfortunately recently I accidentally ordered black tea by mistake - I realised my error but despite ringing within 5 minutes, speaking to several different people and being assured the order would be cancelled, then started receiving messages saying it was on its way. Have refused to accept delivery and hoping a refund will follow, but I'm not holding my beath.”

“Great tasting tea, having found this, we will never change brand, it's just brilliant, brewed in a pot for about 3 to 4 minutes, its strong and full of flavour, not bitter like a lot of others, when brewed.”

“We tried the sunshine tea at Weymouth Seafood Festival and it was lovely, it is now my preferred tea and have purchased 3 boxes ( one is a Christmas present for my partner) and 2 boxes of the Lemon and Ginger blend.”

“A delicious golden tea, no problem achieving the right colour for me ... and I'm very particular about the hue of my brew! I'm just sorry I can't commit to further purchases as the postage is so high. It's not a good time for me to be paying that much extra for a cuppa, despite the lure of the satisfying flavour.”
