Most shops have the same shipping options for all EU countries.

Unfortunately we had to remove some shipping locations in Europe from Dotgrid due to the increasing cost since Brexit and the pandemic. We will still ship to these countries via tracked couriers such as FedEx, but these do require us to get quotes as the cost of shipping differentiates greatly depending on many different factors such as the city and country, the size and weight of the parcel, and the time of year.
We do not profit a penny from shipping; more often than not, we're "out of pocket" when shipping goods overseas. Customs fees and taxes are unfortunately just the way it is now with the UK not being in the EU, and have to remain the responsibility of the buyer.
We're glad you like our products – and can only apologise that we can't ship them to you at more affordable prices. We would love to be able to!

We're sorry that the first notebook fell apart and the second one too! How can we make things better? We haven't had any other issues like this in the 12 years we've been around, so we're a bit confused about what's going on here. What do you use your notebook for?
