The minute l walked in the door l was warmly welcomed,asked if l would like a coffee while waiting for my car but l wanted to go into Stirling town centre and immediately the girl at reception asked if l would like to be taken in and picked up also my car would be washed and valeted, that’s what l call service and l will be back when my service is due.”
