I rented a car from them, and when I went to pick it up, that gentleman refused my request and said that my card is debit and not credit. He did not give me any refund receipt. The car didn't offer it to me either. They took money(193€) and they didn t give the car to use

Starts as a cheap price but after all the add-ons and hoops to jump through like international driving license if from UK, ends up costing more than all the other local car hire companiesI would recommend doing your own research before considering DoYouSpain as they will not offer a refund in any situation!

Avoid at all costs there terms and conditions are not acceptable. I ordered a 9 seater van for 3 weeks 2400 euros. I couldn’t get the van as they had no in stock and guess what apparently they do t refund your money
