U.K. DVLA no longer issuing international driving licences stating not required for Spain/Canary Islands Documentation from yourselves informs me I need one? Also I paid the deposit in my name as main driver and a credit card holder however as yet not received as there is a backlog @ DVLA my husband would be the secondary driver as does not hold a credit card only a debit card he would now be the main driver advice urgently needed Booking ref DYS-150574822

I have booked a car with you for Bulgaria from Bourgas airport at 10:30 on 02/05/25, but as this is the day after our arrival (reference number: PRE-161655168), we will be returning to the airport from our hotel and need to know where to find your car rental desk. Will it say DoyouSpain on a sign, do we need to know which terminal or do we look for something different (like DoyouBulgaria maybe?) Please advise. Tim Nelson.

I am just to book a car from you. However I rented a car in april from you ..via Firefly I had a claim as due to failure of the accelerator, we picked up another car on Malaga airport.I had fully insurance cover via Lloyd’s insurance But so far my claim has not been paid, this was for assistance road pick up And the taxi foto Firefly ..Malaga airport Please revert when finally my claim will be paid, I sent all relevant details to you and to Lloyd’s insurance, pse revert soonest J.p.c.Jansen email.
