“ AVOID AVOID AVOID My flight was delayed 2 1/2hrs from Stansted to Alicante, we where due to take off at 20.30 and land at midnight, unfortunately with the delay we didn’t arrive until 02.30, my father in-law went to the car hire desk and explained about the delay at the time I was supposed to collect car and I personally tried to call the office but due to the time nobody was in the office. When I rang the next day I was flatly told that the booking was canceled and that I would not be receiving any refund as I didn’t inform them in time, even though the office was closed and we did inform the car hire company (Ok Mobility) in person. Thoroughly unprofessional, they stole my booking fee when they could of easily just let me pick the car up later the same day. Very rude staff, bad customer service, my advice would be to avoid them at all costs unless you can guarantee your flight will not be delayed which is impossible, avoid avoid avoid ”
