“Ordered some cable tray as it was the best price I could find on the net. I didn’t register an account so could not track and trace, nor did I receive an order acknowledgment. However, no complaints as the order turned up in about 3 days which is very quick nowadays. Would deffo use again but will register an account with them”

“Good stock of unistrut channel system. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location (for me). THERE IS ONE ISSUE THAT YOU NEED TO FIX: I HAVE BEEN MAKING SMALL ORDERS BY "CLICK & COLLECT" BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT ACCOUNT AND IT IS A LONG PROCESS FOR YOU TO TAKE PAYMENT AT TYSELEY. BUT YOU ALWAYS CHARGE ME FOR DELIVERY (THEN REFUND IT AFTER COLLECTION). PLEASE FIND A WAY TO ALLOW ME TO DO "CLICK & COLLECT" WITHOUT CHARGING FOR DELIVERY.”

“Good company, communication and products. The only downside is their ebay listing and website is different prices. I rang up asking to buy them all at once but was unable to do this for the best prices. I had to checkout through the website for somethings and ebay for others meaning a lot of postage costs.”

“Unfortunately the product l purchased was lost in the post so l can't comment on the quality of the goods. However, when I contacted the company to explain the situation they were quick to respond. They were polite and helpful and gave me an immediate refund.”
