Not surprised to see such a poor rating for this company. One of their drivers forced my car off the road whilst leaving a roundabout and caused damage to my car in the process. Not satisfied with that the driver failed to stop so I had to pursue him to get him to pull over. At this point he gave me a false name and generally couldn’t have given a toss about his dangerous driving. If you see them on the road - stay clear! Total disregard for other road users safety!

Ordered last Wednesday over 3 hours before next day cutoff but items weren't dispatched until Thursday, the company added £5 to my order which wasn't mentioned in the basket with the shipping estimate or on their shipping charges page, this was refunded without any explanation once I asked why i was charged. Then they posted the items to the wrong address and didn't pass on my delivery notes or my phone number but used their own. Delivery driver called the number they provided when he couldn't find the correct address and was told they knew nothing about it and couldn't help. I phoned the courier when it didn't arrive but it was too late to redeliver the same day and being a Friday they couldn't redeliver until Monday. DPbuilding answered all emails within 24hrs while it was still possible for me to refuse delivery and cancel the order but once it finally arrived I asked for a refund of the next day postage cost due to their mistakes and haven't had any reply 4 days later, but today received an email asking me for a review and telling me they valued my opinion so here it is... Incompetent company with terrible customer service, give your custom to someone else who deserves it.

Didn't process the first order, sent a second order to arrive Christmas Eve morning, unhappy customer didn't get their pipe clamps

Placed an order no delivery confirmation email after 5 days had to call for update given a delivery date nothing arrived called again given a second delivery date items arrived 10 days after order would not recommend.

Small item ordered and paid for 10 working days ago yet not received - no information or contact to explain. I phoned the company twice, and twice was told the orde appeared closed but someone would investigate and call back, yet have received no calls... Very poor customer service!

My first and last time using your service. Thankfully only a small order but only 1 out of the 3 items turned up. I have had numerous telephone and email conversations and the missing items still have not arrived. I have asked for the missing items to be credited and nothing has happened. Very poor service.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave comments in relation to our service. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with the delivery. I have taken a look and can see that you placed your order online on 03/07/2018. The items left our building via the carried on 03/07/2018 and should have been with you the following day between 8am and 6pm. The carrier report advises that only one of the items were originally delivered and we shipped three. We liaised with yourselves and the carrier to provide a description of which items were missing. The carrier was unable to locate and we shipped replacements to you on 13/07/2018. We were unaware until this review that the second shipment had also been lost in transit. I understand this has now been resolved by way of crediting the missing items. I can only apologise for the time taken to resolve and for the inconveniences caused by the missing deliveries.
