“If you're problem is more than just a clean then these guys can't sort it. Paid £250 last Monday and light back on and van in limp mode in less than a week. Now taking it to a real expert so I'm not loosing further money with van being off the road again. Would not recommend this company”

“Had an issue with my Ford Focus the dpf light kept coming on, after going to Ford and other garages multi times, still issue would come back. I was recommened dfp specialist by my father in law. I called them next day explained the long history of problems with car and how fed up I was. The phone operator was very helpful and explained the car must have underlying issue that kept blocking the dpf, as it should be self cleaning itself. So she arrange for for a roadside assistance to come to me on Saturday. Steve turned up 10mins early, and asked me the history of the car, my driving style, and if there been any other issues. Afterward he explained the process of how he was going to deep clean of the filter, and do pre and post diagnostics to rule out any reason why the problems keeps coming back. He found my dpf heavy blocked beyond 50grams of soot. He was able to get it clean it all out. He explained there was no other fault codes for any other faults, but he found looking at live data steams on car the temperature wasn’t getting high enough to regenerate. So he recommended we take to their workshop next day to replace temperature sensor. So they did that for me and car been running fine with no issues again. Big thanks to everyone at dpf specialist and for the time they took to explaining me how dpf works. I will use again if needed, and for my car service in March.”

“Got a dpf light on my dashboard of my BMW 5 series. BMW wanted to replace my exhaust at cost to me for £3000. I found dpf specialist online, and arranged for them to come next day. Alex arrived promptly on time, he ran diagnostic and checked my defence. He confirmed it was heavily blocked and my dpf pressure sensor was faulty. He explained he could go pick up dpf sensor and come back in afternoon to replace dpf and carry a deep clean of filter. So he did that, and reset all lights. I would recommend dpf specialist for their great service.”

“I had a DPF problem with my Mitsubishi L00 Barbarian 66 Reg and this company help me out to the limits when are they way to help me get me back on the road give me a courtesy car on 24 seven helpline was great customer service I would recommend this company to anyone with a DPF problem thank you for your help 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚”
