“DO NOT USE! I have an Amarok V6 which had a DPF issue. Spoke with these guys which seemed to have all the solutions. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Had the dpf cleaned, engine light gone. Great, paid up and off they trotted. Few hours later the engine light is back on. Phoned them up and they arranged to come out with a part to fix the problem. I had to pay £500.00 to get the part upfront. they booked me in for the following week, only to not turn up. I had to contact them to find out where they were, the response I had was sorry the part didn't turn up so they didn't bother coming. Great, thanks for letting me know. Rebooked for the following week. Guess what, no show. Contacted yet again to find out that they weren't coming. No phone call to let me know just sat waiting. So I have now cancelled and still waiting for my refund. Lost two days of work and time to be let down.”

“This DPF SPECIALIST is rubbish I paid £364 to clean my clogged DPF FILTER, their service is not good my experience with this company is rubbish . They can't reset my dashboard error light. The engineer suggested that I take it to the Toyota Dealer because they don't have the ability to reset the fault. I went to Toyota to reset the dashboard light DPF fault I paid £144. Don't trust this DPF SPECIALIST, it's a waste of money, this company is garbage.”

“I urge caution to anyone considering this company's services. My recent experience with them, despite paying a premium, was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of attention to crucial details I provided and the failure to address issues under warranty have been major disappointments. I feel misled by their promises and left with unresolved problems, despite the high cost. This experience has raised serious doubts about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would advise others to think twice before using their services based on my experience.”

“Poor service, massively over priced and have ripped me off twice now have my van in a garage due to there lack of knowledge and care and charged me more than twice what it should cost, Charged £1000 for New filter 2 years later needed cleaning and charged £400 then for it to break down 5 minutes into running with no further help trying to blame glow plugs now in a garage awaiting further repairs utterly useless company DO NOT USE”

“I DON’T recommend this company at all. This is without doubt the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. They lie constantly and fob you off with excuse after excuse. They have left me with nothing and wouldn’t give back the so called call out fee for ten minutes work. I’ve been off (self employed) for two weeks waiting for this so called company to turn up and repair my vehicle. Excuse after excuse after excuse. As a self employed taxi driver this company has practically ruined me. If you have money and time to throw away then this company is for you. I recommend you do not touch it with a bar pole!”

“No stars at all, charge 120£ just for coming and telling me that I got issues with DPF ,I already knew it,I called DPF specialist as I knew already I got issues,they said they can't clean, 120£ for nothing, do not bother, go to local Halford centre it will be 50£ for diagnostic, scammers”

“If you're problem is more than just a clean then these guys can't sort it. Paid £250 last Monday and light back on and van in limp mode in less than a week. Now taking it to a real expert so I'm not loosing further money with van being off the road again. Would not recommend this company”

“Absolutely joke of a company. Eager to take your £120 with a promise of paying about £90 for DPF clean. Surprise surprise wasn’t a standard clean so cost a another £90. Further surprises that the DPF sensor needs to be changed…but ..their cowboy of a DPF “specialist” advised that company policy was not to stock. You’re a supposed DPF specialist WTF!!! Ok…so cowboy did his enhanced work and next day warning light came on within 1 mile - ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY/ they are criminals”

“Absolute rip-off!! I have my DPF (cleaned) by purchasing premium package with 30 days warrantee . Wonder why they give 30 days only? Because at day 40 my car was in limp mode again and with same message on dashboard as when I called them in the first time. So I called and ask them to rectify the problem and fix-it. Fas turned down right away being told is out of warrantee. So keep in mind, £240+ will give you around 40 day of HOPE, (hope that your filter was cleaned but really,it wasn't ) AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST !! My personal advice.”

“Apparently had 3 different chemicals clean my cars dpf . At the time the service was professional and quick . Undertook " 3 part dpf specialist clean " on 9th December 2020 and blocked by 29th March 2021 after just over 3 months !!!! Warranty given for 6 months or 10000 miles not worth paper wriitten on . Warranty claim form expected you to provide a fault code ! and if it its different from the fault code at time of dpf clean they will land you with a £122 call out charge ! Their dpf report did NOT provide a fault code at time of dpf clean ! I paid £274 for nothing , please don't be misled by this company and waste your money Go to a proper garage or someone you can trust that knows a reliable , trustworthy garage .”

“Came out, supposedly cleaned the pdf, paid over £280.00 and the problem still persisted, took car to a garage and they said the pdf had not been cleaned. Company messed about and refused to give me a refund, avoid them like the plague!!!!”

“Had my VW Passat done £280 but light was still on, they said you need a glow plug ? & a pressure switch (had it done still same). So rang them up & what a waste of time so took to a real garage they put it on diagnostic machine. The DPF was bad (they said it hadn't been done) so they did it all £300 Thank you Autobahn. DPF Specialist will not & would not use again, 100% cowboys. Save your money & go to a real garage”

“Called up this company, as the garage i visited stated i needed my DPF cleaned out, they took a 150 deposit, it came to next day, I didnt need it done at all so I lost my deposit, fid ask then if i could have a bit back, but there said its non refundable but instead of giving 150 i put 70 pounds in and got my car done, ptob won't use this company again a lil disappointed that I lost all that money not knowing I didnt need it done”

“Appalling service from this company, paid over £400 the problem was not resolved, the parts within the engine were not even put back correctly, ( Have video) from another mechanic to prove the fact , they claim the so called work was under warranty but failed to honour their claim Would never use again”
