DO NOT USE! I have an Amarok V6 which had a DPF issue. Spoke with these guys which seemed to have all the solutions. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Had the dpf cleaned, engine light gone. Great, paid up and off they trotted. Few hours later the engine light is back on. Phoned them up and they arranged to come out with a part to fix the problem. I had to pay £500.00 to get the part upfront. they booked me in for the following week, only to not turn up. I had to contact them to find out where they were, the response I had was sorry the part didn't turn up so they didn't bother coming. Great, thanks for letting me know. Rebooked for the following week. Guess what, no show. Contacted yet again to find out that they weren't coming. No phone call to let me know just sat waiting. So I have now cancelled and still waiting for my refund. Lost two days of work and time to be let down.
